Are you interested in making a difference in the lives of young children? The Way Preschool is looking for a kind, nurturing and dedicated substitute Teacher Assistant who has experience working with children. The Way Preschool's substituteTeaching Assistant will lovingly serve students and assist a lead Teacher.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Lead Teacher
• Foster a classroom environment of safety and respect
• Perform daily cleaning routines to keep facilities sanitary and safe
• Teach children social, emotional and skills throughout the day
Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
• Educational and/or experiential knowledge of Reggio Emilia educational philosophies.
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Experience working in a play-based environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience teaching children
